The shipment contains a 3-month supply, billed in 3 monthly installments (i.e. $207 in total each shipment). No finance charges. No hidden fees.

We’ll automatically renew your subscription and send you a new shipment every 3 months until you request to cancel.
EASY CANCELLATION
You can easily cancel your subscription at least 4 days before your next scheduled shipment. You’re still required to complete the balance for any shipment you’ve already received.

PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS
You must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction in order to make a purchase on our Site. If you are (i) under 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and (ii) above 13 years old you can make a purchase ONLY with the assistance and approval of your parents or guardian.
After placing an order on the website, your payment will be immediately processed. Please note that once your payment goes through, you are no longer able to cancel the order or get a refund.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
By signing up for a Monthly Payment Plan (i.e. $69 every month), you agree and acknowledge that your subscription will be automatically renewed every 3 months and has an initial and recurring payment charge at $69/month (i.e. $207 each shipment).
Monthly Payment Plan Cancellation Policy
The Monthly Payment Plan cancellation request will take effect only if we receive your written email 4 days prior to the date that your existing subscription plan is due to renew (e.g. you must cancel by March 15th if you want to cancel your next scheduled box/charge on March 19th).
Canceling a subscription will not cancel and refund the delivery orders that have been paid for, it only stops future scheduled shipments. You will still need to complete the 3 payment installments for any shipment you've already received. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.
EVERY 3 MONTHS PAYMENT PLAN
By signing up for “Every 3 Months Payment Plan” (i.e. Pay every 3 months subscription) , you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge every 3 months. Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive 3-month periods and your payment method will automatically be charged $180/every 3 months until you cancel.
Every 3 Months Payment Plan Cancellation Policy
The Every 3 months Payment plan cancellation request will take effect only if we receive your written email 4 days prior to the date that your existing subscription plan is due to renew (e.g. you must cancel by March 15th if you want to cancel your next scheduled box/charge on March 19th).
Cancelling a subscription will not cancel and refund the delivery orders that have been paid for, it only stops future scheduled shipments. Each shipment contains 3 months’ worth of product, so if an Active Subscriber cancels their subscription after one (1) month but signed up for the Pay Every 3 Months Payment Plan, they will not receive any refund.
RETURN POLICY
All Y’OUR products are final sale and cannot be returned. If your items arrive damaged, please notify customer support within 10 days of delivery. We’ll then send you a shipping label to return the damaged items for a product replacement.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Although, if you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team. We will put you in touch with the carrier to help you find your package.
REFUND POLICY
Once your order is placed, we start working on it right away. Unfortunately, this means we cannot cancel, issue a refund, or make changes to an order once it’s placed.
We do not offer a refund or return for any items if you change your mind after your purchase.
