Placing an Order for Products

You must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction in order to make a purchase on our Site. If you are (i) under 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and (ii) above 13 years old you can make a purchase ONLY with the assistance and approval of your parents or guardian.

After placing an order on the website, your payment will be immediately processed. Please note that once your payment goes through, you are no longer able to cancel the order or get a refund.

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE PLAN

By choosing the “Subscribe & Save” option and placing your initial order, you agree to accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements for our auto-replenishment ordering program (“Subscribe & Save”). Please read these Terms carefully.

These Terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Service, including the arbitration and class action waiver within the Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.

YOU MAY TERMINATE THIS SERVICE AS DESCRIBED IN THE BELOW SECTION TITLED Subscribe & Save Plan Management and Cancellation Policy.

Enrollment

You must be logged into a y-ourskin.com account to submit a Subscribe & Save order. By placing your initial Subscribe & Save order you are authorizing Y’OURSKIN to charge your chosen payment method for future renewal orders. Enrollment and discounts must occur on the initial transaction and cannot be applied to previous orders.

If multiple discounts and promotions are available, only the discount with the highest value will be applied to your initial Subscribe & Save orders.

Automatic Renewal Terms

When you purchase product(s) and enroll in Subscribe & Save, you acknowledge that such plan has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you agree to the amount of the recurring charges and you are signing up for continuous shipments of such products. Your enrollment in the Subscribe & Save Plan will automatically renew at the applicable purchase price + tax every 3 months and will continue until and unless you cancel. We may submit periodic charges to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you wish to terminate this authorization at least 4 days before your next renewal date or to change your payment method. Information on how to cancel is described below.

Your initial order will be shipped right away. After your first order, your Subscribe & Save Plan will automatically create a new order (recurring order) on your next renewal date. You will receive a confirmation email when your next shipment renews that discloses the details of your order. If you create subscriptions more than one day apart, each subscription will be shipped separately according to its respective schedule. This schedule can be viewed on My Account > My Add-ons (See “Subscribe & Save Plan Management and Cancellation Policy”) and adjusted by contacting support@y-ourskin.com.

Recurring orders are not combinable with other promotions. They do not qualify for a gift with purchase or other promotional offers that may have been available when the initial subscription order was placed. Recurring orders will not qualify for any sitewide promotions that are active during the time the order is processed.

Subscribe & Save Plan Management and Cancellation Policy

Subscribe & Save orders can be managed in the “My Add-ons" of the My Account page on y-ourskin.com. You may also cancel your Subscribe & Save Plan at any time through that page by removing all the chosen products. Please note that you can edit or cancel your recurring product(s) up until 4 days before your order is scheduled to be processed. If you do not cancel or change the delivery date of the recurring order in time, your recurring order(s) will be processed as scheduled.

Additional terms

We may terminate your Subscribe & Save subscription order(s) at our discretion without notice.If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.

RETURN POLICY

All Y’OUR products are final sale and cannot be returned. If your items arrive damaged, please notify customer support within 10 days of delivery. We’ll then send you a shipping label to return the damaged items for a product replacement.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team. We will put you in touch with the carrier to help you find your package.

REFUND POLICY

Once your order is placed, we start working on it right away. Unfortunately, this means we cannot cancel, issue a refund, or make changes to an order once it’s placed.

We do not offer a refund or return for any items if you change your mind after your purchase.If you need to make adjustments to your regimen, you can contact our customer support team at support@y-ourskin.com. We are happy to adjust your formula for no additional charge.
