Software Engineer - Consumer Experience
About the job:
You will play a key role in implementing intuitive user experience.

- Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, and analysts
- Design and implement intuitive user experience
- Ensure that our customer’s experience is the very best it can be
Who You are:
- Basic ability to design and implement UX that meets your user's needs
- Experience with Python or similar dynamic programming language
- Interest in web technologies, exploring data, user experience and design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and can communicate your ideas
- Experience working with Backend and UX engineers when building user interfaces
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent skills

Backend Engineer - Infrastructure

You will play a key role in building the infrastructure, tooling, and platform that allows us to scale these efforts
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, and analysts
- Understand current project requirements and build robust, forward-thinking software that can scale as the company and our needs scale
- Establish exceptional tooling that serves as a platform for future work to be built on
Who You are:
- 3+ years as a Backend or Fullstack Engineer
- Experience with Python or similar dynamic programming language
- Deep familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and can communicate your ideas
- Experience working with Frontend and UX engineers when building user interfaces
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent skills

Brand Marketing Manager - Brand Marketing

You are an integral part of the marketing team to develop our brand strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct competitive analysis on products, claims, language, go-to-market strategies as it relates to various brand initiatives
- Coordinate focus groups, brand surveys to understand and draw insights from existing members and non-members
- Collaborate with external partners to develop branded content

- Proven track record (1-2 years) of executing marketing programs
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
